Good TRKR has created a digital platform that includes our website(s) and our mobile application(s) and other services (collectively the "Fotition Platform"), which permits users to participate in campaigns conducted by us or our participating charitable organizations and corporate sponsors by among other things, posting photos and videos of themselves in support of the cause(s) or issue(s) represented by the Campaign, which we call "Fotes".
When you visit our website, our mobile application(s), a third-party website using our software and/or platform as a service, or create an account with us or participate in a Campaign or a related promotion, we may collect certain information from you. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect when you visit the Fotition Platform and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

We cannot delete your personal information that is required for registration except by also deleting your Fotition account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Fotition Platform, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of the Fotition Platform or persons with whom they have been shared. We may further retain copies of your User Contributions to comply with licenses granted prior to your deletion of such User Contributions as permitted under our Terms of Service, available at http://www.fotition.com/terms-and-conditions. We are not responsible or liable for the removal or deletion of (or failure to remove or delete) any of your User Contributions. Access to and use of information provided via the Fotition Platform, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Service.
We have implemented reasonable measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls and will be backed up on at least a weekly basis.
